WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC FANTASY SPORTS OUTCOMES, SCORES, RANKINGS, OR PERFORMANCE RESULTS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PylonPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or reliance on content provided through the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PylonPost from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Informal Negotiations: To resolve disputes efficiently, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Arbitration will take place in Minnesota, unless otherwise required. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

Time Limit: Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that all communications, agreements, and notices may be provided electronically and satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You are responsible for your data. We are not liable for loss or corruption of data, though we may maintain backups for operational purposes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PylonPost. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
